OSCAR The Collection ships worldwide.

* Import duties and taxes are not included.

• Orders are shipped via DPD or UPS.

• Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your shipment.

• Delivery times are expressed in business days and are estimates only.

• Once your order is on its way, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address.

• A valid phone number is required for delivery.

Shipping delays / lost or stolen packages

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that delivery dates provided by our carriers are estimates. On rare occasions, your order may arrive outside the estimated delivery timeframe.

Estimated delivery times are intended as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

International duties / taxes

Please kindly note that when purchasing online from outside the European Union, you may be charged customs duties, import taxes and/or other local charges.

These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. OSCAR The Collection is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees imposed by customs in the country of delivery.

Shipping costs will not be refunded if a package is refused upon arrival due to unpaid duties or taxes. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns

Is your item not exactly what you had in mind? Don't worry.

OSCAR The Collection accepts returns of purchased items within 14 days following the date of delivery, provided that all return conditions have been met.

Returned items must be sent back to us in their original and complete condition and packaging. All original labels must remain attached, and items must not have been worn, used, damaged, stained or altered in any way. Items with odours will not be accepted.

Return fees

The return fee depends on the country from which you are returning your order and will be automatically deducted from your refund.

For returns from outside the EU, we kindly ask you to arrange the return shipment yourself.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment. Returns that are lost without valid tracking or proof of shipment cannot be reimbursed.

OSCAR The Collection cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method. The applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund.
